Using innovative new <br /> reporting softw re, residents of both cities, along with police, public works and parks and recreation <br /> districts can no report occurrences of graffiti with descriptions and photos directly from their home <br /> computers. <br /> This new servic will provide better customer service and additional regional benefits of sharing <br /> enforcement in rmation. <br /> "This is a progr ssive E-Government application that allows public reporting of graffiti incidents online <br /> pn a smart, cust mer-friendly way," said Springfield City Manager Gino Grimaldi.
