Financiallmpacts <br /> Water quality protection measures will have an impact on staff resources. As described in the previous <br /> section, costs will vary according to the nature of the program as the staffing needs with vary accordingly. <br /> The primary areas impacted areas are: plan review and construction site inspection, post-construction site <br /> inspection and enforcement, and education.
