Attachment 1 ICS Radio Communications Plan <br /> <br /> The purpose of the plan is to provide information on all radio frequency assignments for each operational period in one location. <br /> <br /> The plan is generally completed by the Communications Unit Leader and given to the Planning Section Chief. <br /> .ITEM # ITEM TITLE INSTRUCTIONS <br /> 1. Incident Name If applicable; print the name assigned to the incident. <br /> 2. Date/Time Prepared Enter month, day, year, and time (24 hr clock). <br /> 3. Operational Period Enter the date and time interval for which the plan applies. Record the start time and end time <br /> and include date(s). <br /> 4. System/Cache Enter the source of the radio system(s) assigned (ie., Police, Fire, ARO, Communications, <br /> etc). <br /> Channel Enter the radio channel numbers assigned. <br /> Function Enter the function each channel number is assigned (ie., command, tactical, medical, etc.). <br /> Frequency Enter the radio frequency number assigned to each function. <br /> Assignment Enter the ICS organization assigned to each of the designated frequencies (e.g., Police. Branch, <br /> Division A). <br /> Remarks This section should include narrative information regarding special situations. <br /> 5. Prepared By Enter the name of the Communications Unit Leader or designee preparing the form. <br /> 16 <br /> <br />
