Along with information about the new building, we will
need to consider the relocation of operations to the new building, as well as two major efforts of demolition and site
work:
1) Remove extensive structures from the. site area intended for the new facility and prepare
the site for use by Public Works.
Central Services Facility Mgmt is to obtain qualified estimates for this work, outside of consultant activities, although
the work maybe included into the project to take advantage of resources sustainably.
2) Construct new facilities for fleet maintenance and radio communications maintenance.
Consultants will provide guidance on the appropriate size; quality, and cost of these aspects of the overall project.
3) Relocate operations for Fleet and Radio into the new facilities.

. Central Services Facility Mgmt is to obtain qualified estimates for this work, outside of consultant activities.
4) Remove old buildings per master-plan, remodel remaining parts affected by demolition.
Central Services Facility Mgmt is to obtain qualified estimates for this work, outside of consultant activities.
