Eugene. As you know, we own 5 parcels of <br /> laad/buddimgs near the project, i~icluding 2 large warehouses (Storitall Self Storage), the old <br /> Ag~ipac machine shop, and two small parking lot areas. <br /> We noticed that the G 5.A. has shared some concerns about surroua ' <br /> ra ertie5 to the <br /> proposed mew courthouse. 7'la,ey seem concerned that the area may not be r <br /> developed very <br /> quickly, and may have too much of an `5ndlastrnal" feel <br /> AGBI LLC is very excited about the opportunities the Courthouse project will bring to the area, <br /> and to our parcels. One of the primary reasons we have not rerworked the two vacant lots we <br /> own and .the Agtapac Machine Shop is that we see new uses and structures fox those areas being <br /> very viable as soon as the courthouse is completed, We have bees evah>.uting office, restaurant, <br /> and/or retail concepts for the Machine shop Site and adjacent parking areas. The concrete tilt-up bu><7dings cans also be fitted witrtt roarfline changes <br /> similar to bw~dings that have been re-worked in the 5~` Street Market area. <br /> This new Courthouse w~71 revitalize this area, and create the catalyst for ma>aiy new 8c better uses <br /> for our property and other properties around us.
