<br /> First of all, I think one main agenda item could be a sharing of information regarding road construction projects scheduled for this summer.
<br /> Specifically, it would be helpful for us to hear what your Public Works folks have planned for scheduled overlays and rebuilds. We can compare
<br /> with what we have planned and figure out coordination possibilities. So, maybe the agenda item is:
<br /> 1. Scheduled Road Construction Projects (City and EWEB)
<br /> We would also be interested in an update from you on
<br /> 2. West Broadway Re-Opening
<br /> Items we would bring to the table include:

<br /> 4. Armory Service Request
<br /> Then, we would have acatch-all item that might be
<br /> 5. Miscellaneous Items (EWEB)
<br /> This would include Willamette Water Company Service Territory Allocation, EWEB Water Dispensing Stations, and Water Extension Policy
<br /> Changes.
<br /> We would also be interested in hearing from you on New ROW Permit Fees, 2050 Plan Status (Planning).
