You are receiving this notice because you own or occupy <br /> property within 300 feet of the subject site, or are otherwise entitled to receive written notice of the <br /> decision according to Section 9.7220 of the Eugene Code. <br /> The subject site is located at 433 Willamette Street on Tax Lot #9500 of Assessor's Map 17-03-30-44. <br /> The proposal requested historic property moving approval to locate the bunkhouse on City owned <br /> property; temporarily store it at the southwest corner of the site; and eventually move it to a permanent <br /> location at the northwest corner of the site west of the train station. <br /> Any person who is adversely affected or aggrieved by this decision, or who is mailed this written notice, <br /> may appeal the decision in accordance with procedures listed in Section 9.7605 of the Eugene Code. <br /> Unless appealed, the Planning Director's decision is effective on the 13`" day after this notice of decision <br /> is mailed. In this case, any appeal must be received by 5 p.m. on October 7, 2003. The Planning <br /> Director's decision will not become final until this appeal period has passed. It is also noted that a person <br /> who receives this notice cannot appeal the decision directly to the State's Land Use Board of Appeals. <br /> In accordance with Section 9.7055 of the Eugene Code, the Historic Review Board will consider any <br /> initial appeals. <br /> A copy of the application, the application approval criteria, public testimony, and all documents and ,f <br /> evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant are available for inspection at the address listed <br /> below. The Planning Director's decision is also available for inspection. Copies of these materials can <br /> be obtained at a reasonable cost.
