Addendum 2 to Exhibit A - Statement of Work and Delivery Schedule, Part 1 of 3 - <br /> Section D -Detailed Work Tasks, Part 2 - Description of Tasks <br /> Near Term Site Improvements -General Description -Provide Construction Engineering architectural <br /> services for the improvements listed below including design, costing, construction contract documents, cost <br /> negotiation with contractor, construction administration, and record documents. Review submittals shall be <br /> made at 25%, 65% and 100% completion. Cost estimates shall be made at 65% completion of contract <br /> documents. Facilitate for land use compliance, building permits, Section 106 submittal to SHPO for <br /> approval of menu of improvements. Issue proposal requests to the ODOT Depot general contractor and <br /> negotiate terms to incorporate items into the current ODOT contract for construction, as funds are available. <br /> Some items may also be quoted to outside contractors and contracted by the City, reimbursed by ODOT via <br /> State Force Order (SFO), depending on competitiveness of pricing. These items are listed in priority of <br /> importance to the owner. <br /> 1. Rehabilitate Existing Bunkhouse -Relocate, rehabilitate, preserve to provide durable service, and <br /> accommodate work and storage needs for Amtrak train crews. Improve site to within 10 feet of building. <br /> .Provide water and sanitary sewer from depot sources on site, and electrical power and telephoneldata conduit <br /> from the depot building. Include shelving or cabinetry, accommodations for the Union Pacific Track <br /> Warrant computer data system, seated work space, and ahand-washing sink. PBS Enviromnental has <br /> determined there are no asbestos containing materials in this building. <br /> 2. Depot Plaza -Paving, surface water drainage, bollards, curbing treatments, signage, lighting, general <br /> seating, seating or planters as dividers between plaza and platform. Electrical power, water and drainage for <br /> food vendors as may occur. Electrical power as may be needed for entertainment events. Possible identity <br /> feature for Depot site visible from Willamette St. view corridor. <br /> 3. South-Central Sidewalk - Configure to allow option of seating at small chairs and tables with bypassing <br /> pedestrian traffic, streetlights, and possible barrier or landscape elements at parking. The concrete walk ~ . <br /> configuration should accommodate subsequent paving project without rebuilding. <br /> 4. South-West Sidewalk & Trash and Recycling Enclosures -Concrete sidewalk paving etc. as in C-3 <br /> with surface drainage, lighting, trash, seating bike parking and other amenities. Durable enclosure for <br /> general trash containers and fenced area for recycling bins; possible need for water, drainage and elec. <br /> power. <br /> S.
