The proposal involves moving the Southern Pacific <br /> Bunkhouse to a temporary location for approximately one year. The bunkhouse will then be moved to <br /> the northwest corner of the site once the station is rehabilitated. <br /> A reduced copy of the applicant's proposed site plan is included on the reverse side of this notice, for <br /> reference. Full-size copies of the applicant's proposed site plans, and all other evidence relied upon by <br /> the applicant, are available for review at the City's Planning Division offices, and copies can be obtained <br /> at cost. Your comments must be received by or before <br /> the end of the 14-day comment period (September St'' at 5:00 p.m.) which begins on the date of this <br /> notice. Following the comment period, the City will issue an <br /> administrative decision regarding this request, with notice of the decision provided in accordance with <br /> Eugene Code requirements. The Planning Director's decision may then be appealed to the Eugene <br /> Hearings Official in accordance with provisions of the Eugene Code.
