We are not to include alternates in bidding documents, which would make it possible to assure the <br /> project would match the budget. Alternates are not common to ODOT unit price contracts. <br /> 6 WBGS applied for Historic Property Alteration Permit; expected in March & needed to apply for Bldg <br /> Permit. <br /> 7 Russ applied for Union Pacific Temporary Use permit and for Union Pacific Parallel Piping Encroachment <br /> permit. Approval expected in mid-May <br /> 8 SHPO concurs that the rehab will have no adverse effect on the station. Expect to submit 90% dots in Mar. <br /> 9 George Jessie managing parking in City possession area.
