Amtrak supports this. <br /> 4 "In lieu' payment for View design relocation is in progress; they are moving to Heron building. <br /> 5 Emmy, Glen and Ron Sutton working on Amtrak lease, as well as memo of agreement for interim, if needed. <br /> 6 Schedule: <br /> Pre Bid meeting on site 6/11 <br /> ODOT opens bids 6/26 <br /> ODOT contract signing (52 days) 8/17 <br /> ODOT Notice to Proceed (Sdays) 8/22 <br /> 7 Building permit applied for (reed 6/11/03). <br /> 8 Site repair items in process; to be completed before PW storm drain project.
