Financial Impacts <br />Water quality protection measures will have an impact on staff resources. As described in the previous <br />section, costs will vary according to the. nature of the program as the staffing needs with vary accordingly. <br />The primary areas impacted areas are: plan review and construction site inspection, post-construction site <br />inspection and enforcement, and education.
