Steve Greenwood is coordinating the effort on the Oregon Solutions side <br /> and Carolyn Weiss and I have agreed to help in some of the logistics. The Mayor has expressed that he is on <br /> board. (He expressed that about a June 5 date and the date changed to June 6, so we need to reconfirm that). <br /> I have already talked to Eric Jones a little about potential p. r. and will talk to Jason Hueser about potential political <br /> involvement and the Corps and County about participating. They are here in Oregon to learn about collaboration, and the tour will now be on Sunday, June <br /> 6. <br /> Here's what we decided: <br /> TOUR AGENDA: <br /> 1:00 pm Meet at a central place: either Pape' offices or Valley River Inn. Michelle Cahill to give brief <br /> welcome, and she/Carolyn/Kevin will give overview of project. <br /> 1:20 pm -Tour the project - if from VRI, take bus on a tour of the periphery so they get a sense of the size of <br /> project, then to Pape' Parking lot for walking tour of ponds, inlet, etc. <br /> 2:30 pm -Return to meeting room for discussion. Some dignitaries, such as Mayor will want to say a few very <br /> brief words. Steve G. to give short talk on the DP collaborative process. Focus on discussion is really on the <br /> collaboration aspects of project.
