Temporary Regional Sewerage Facilities. <br /> The pump stations, pressure mains and gravity sewers, together with <br /> other facilities directly related thereto consisting of: <br /> 1. The Beverly Park Don Street relief interceptor, Springfield. <br /> 2. The Terry Street Pump Station -located at 5190 Barger Drive, <br /> Eugene. <br /> 3. The West Irwin Pump Station -located at 2525 West Irwin Way, <br /> E~e~ <br /> 4. The Filmore Pump Station -located at 1405 E. Briarcliff Lane, <br /> Eu,gene⢠<br /> III. Conveyance of Ownership of Temporary Regional Facilities. <br /> Promptly after the Effective Date, the Temporary Regional Facilities shall be <br /> transferred to the local jurisdiction in which they are located. <br /> N. Effective Date. <br /> The definition of regional sewerage facilities set forth herein shall be oeieced: A.. The existing sewage <br /> effective On J uly 1, 2005. treatment facilities owned by the cities <br /> of Eugene and Springfield.¶ <br /> <br /> V. NO Change WItIIOUt Redesignatlon.
