Records <br /> The Implementing Department will make all records related to the Project's labor standards and Section 3 <br /> compliance available for review upon request, subject to any applicable privacy or confidentiality laws. <br /> The Implementing Department will retain such records as required by HUD regulations. <br /> Required Reporting <br /> The implementing department agrees to provide data for three reports: <br /> • ^Semi-Annual Labor Standards. Enforcement Report -due to PDD April 7 and October 7 annually. <br /> This report covers April 1 -September 30 or October 1 -March 31St <br /> • The Contractor /Subcontractor Report -due to PDD by October 7 annually. This report covers <br /> contracts and subcontract during October 1 -September 30. <br /> • Annual Status/Accomplishments for Annual Report -due to PDD annually on July 15th. This <br /> includes a narrative description of the project and photographs, if possible. See the attachments <br /> for the required information to be reported. <br /> Certifications <br /> The City of Eugene certifies that the workplace is drug-free. <br /> Participation in Monitoring <br /> From time to time, I-IIJD monitors the City for compliance with any or all aspects of the CDBG program. <br /> The Implementing Department agrees to provide all necessary information upon request and to fully <br /> participate in the monitoring process as needed. <br /> Time Period <br /> The time period of this MOU shall be from the time the Implementing Department receives notice. of the <br /> funding allocation approval by the City Council until the project is complete and all compliance issues <br /> resolved.
