The City of Eugene is a recipient of Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program CDBG) funds under the Housing and Community Development Act <br /> of 1974, Public Law 93-383 as amended. PDD provides overall administration for the grant. Linda <br /> Dawson x5071 serves as lead staff for the program. <br /> Projects to be Funded <br /> The projects will be implemented by the Public Works Department with Community Development Block <br /> Grant funds. This MOU relates to the implementation as well as to the construction work on the projects <br /> when it is funded in whole or in part with Davis-Bacon Act triggering CDBG funds.
