The draft Autzen Expansion Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of <br /> Eugene and the University of Oregon requires that parking be available for park users. <br /> Specifically, the University is to hold six spaces in Lot 9 for event-day use by patrons of East <br /> Alton Baker Park.
