Park access. The draft Autzen Expansion Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of <br /> Eugene and the University of Oregon requires that parking be available for park users. <br /> Specifically, the University is to hold six spaces in Lot 9 for event-day use by patrons of East <br /> Alton Baker Park. Signage was posted in lot 9 to identify park user parking spaces, and no <br /> instances of park users being turned away were reported. <br /> Recommendation: The University of Oregon will continue to ensure that access to Lot 9 for <br /> park users is available on event days. <br /> ATTACHMENTS <br /> 1.
