The overwhelming consensus was to preserve and <br /> enhance the ex sting habitat used by western pond turtles and other species native to that area. <br /> The conceptua plan does envision some amenities such as paths and a pond overlook. <br /> On We esday, August 25, Eugene parks planning staff will be on hand at the River <br /> Road Park Iob y from 6 to 7 p.m. to answer questions and take comments about the Walnut <br /> Grove Park co ceptual plans. Comment forms also are available at the display. <br /> At 7 p. . on Wednesday, members of Eugene Stream Team will hold a work party at the <br /> future pazk sit to pick up litter and remove invasive vegetation.
