Crews from <br /> Eugene Sand & Gravel, under contract to the City of Eugene, will trench along the south side of <br /> West 11`" from ust west of Willamette Street and then bring the new sewer line across 11`" Avenue <br /> and north throu h the alley between Olive and Charnelton. <br /> Work a d associated lane closures will begin at 7 a.m. and continue until approximately 4 <br /> p.m. each day u til the work is done. To keep vehicles moving on West 11`", traffic will be <br /> restricted at tim son Olive and Charnelton streets. No left turns will be allowed from northbound <br /> Olive to westbo nd 11 Avenue, and left turns from 11 also will be restricted in work zones. <br /> Watch for flagg rs and signs directing traffic. Use alternate routes if possible. <br /> The co ractor will temporarily patch the trench so at least two lanes on West 11"' can be <br /> reopened each vening. Final surface repairs will be made when all the work is completed.
