The Internet site provides <br /> access to the Eu ene Cit Code sections dealing with regulation of industrial wastewater, an <br /> I g y <br /> electronic fact sheet about the industrial pretreatment program, a condensed version of the <br /> II city's enforcement response guide, and a list of all recent violations of industrial wastewater discharge <br /> Iii permits in Eugene and Springfield, <br /> Wastewater discharge permits are issued to significant industrial users of the wastewater <br /> I'~ system in Eugene and Springfield. The permits include limitations on the concentrations or <br /> loadings of pollutants which can be discharged into the wastewater system.
