In the first hase of construction, curbs and utters will be <br /> ty g P g <br /> replaced at various locations in the project area. Then workers will repair Oak Street from 13~' to <br /> 11~' avenues and 6`h to 5"' avenues. In the final phase, both Oak and 8`h will be repaved with a 2 <br /> inch layer of asphalt concrete. Generally, existing lane configurations will not be altered. <br /> Construction work on 8``' Avenue from Oak to Charnelton streets and on Oak Street <br /> between 13`h and 11"' avenues generally will occur during the daytime, between 7 a.m. and 10 <br /> p;m. One travel lane will be kept open throughout most of the project. <br /> '~I Construction on Oak Street between 11"' and 5`'' avenues generally will occur at night, <br /> b~tween 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. Two travel lanes will be kept open during non-working hours. <br /> No on-street parking will be allowed in the project area on either Oak or 8`h Avenue <br /> daring construction.
