The smoke-testing crew is finishing up in west Eugene and will soon start <br /> te~ting public and private sewer lines in the residential area bounded by Beltline Road, <br /> Ndrkenzie Road, Carmel/Willakenzie Road, and Coburg Road. Two days a week the crew also <br /> rvi~l be testing the wastewater system on the University of Oregon campus. <br /> During the tests, which are endorsed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, <br /> nontoxic white smoke is released into both public and private wastewater collection lines to <br /> id nti roblems.
