One lane will be kept ' <br /> open for throu h traffic, but lane configurations will shift as the grinding work, called rotomilling, <br /> progresses. S thbound traffic on Jefferson Street won't be able to make the "dogleg" turn at 13th <br /> i and will need t use Washington Street or other routes to continue south of 13th Avenue. <br /> Northbound tr ffic on Jefferson will also encounter delays at 13th but will be allowed to make the <br /> turns to contin a north on Washington Street. <br /> I <br /> The ro omilling work is expected to take less than a day to complete.
