TUESDAY AND <br /> I <br /> WEDNE AY NIGHTS, JULY 15 & 16 between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the viaduct ramp <br /> ' to exits at th Avenue and Franklin Boulevard will be CLOSED. Traffic will be detoured onto <br /> the 6th Av nue off-ramp to south on Pearl to East Broadway. Southbound motorists should <br /> watch for DETOUR AHEAD and RIGHT TURN ONLY signs as they get to the south end of <br /> the Ferry treet Bridge. For short durations, flaggers may stop traffic passing under the ramps at <br /> 6th and 7t Avenues while existing bridge rails are removed. <br /> i <br /> Fo approximately one month, the right southbound lane on the viaduct between 6th and <br /> $th Avenu swill be CLOSED. Motorists should anticipate delays as traffic is merged into one <br /> lane fore is to 8th Avenue or Franklin Boulevard.
