Agate Street traffic in the vicinity of 24th Avenue will be detoured via <br /> i <br /> Columbia Stree . Traffic on 24th Avenue can detour onto adjacent streets at Emerald and Onyx <br /> ~treets. <br /> Installin storm drainage lines and new curbs at 24th and Agate is one of the final phases <br /> pf a $1.5 millio project to rebuild 24th Avenue between Hilyard and Agate.
