The League of <br /> omen Voters o Lane County will nominate one member, two members will be nominated through <br /> a rdinated effo from the Chamber of Commerce and the Lane County Home Builders <br /> ~ sociation, and o will be nominated by Citizens for Public Accountability and Friends of <br /> E gene. Two gen ral public representatives will be selected, one each from the City's voter and <br /> n ighborhood "po 1" lists. Already named to the panel are Jim Lynch, chairperson of the Active <br /> B thel Citizens, r resenting local neighborhood groups, and Monica Anderson, a local engineer in <br /> p ivate practice fa iliar with the design and construction of public improvements. <br /> Nominatio s from the represented groups are due by October 29, and the advisory panel is <br /> s eduled to begi meeting in December or January. The committee's most immediate task will be <br /> th review and up ate of the City's systems development charges. In the longer term, the committee <br /> y be asked to re iew other fee systems, including stormwater and wastewater user fees and local <br /> rmitting fees. <br /> Local resi nts interested in nominations are encouraged to contact the appropriate <br /> r anizations.
