This allows motorists to turn <br /> left on a left-tu green arrow while the opposite-direction traffic is stopped. <br /> The $1 0,000 cost of installing the new signals was paid for by the developer of Valley <br /> River Village a condition of the development. <br /> Signs ave been posted alerting motorists to the new signal. <br /> <br /> Public Warks.
