The work will start on the south side of East 11th at Franklin Boulevard and <br /> continue west to Pearl Street. The eastbound lane on East 1 lth between Kincaid and Franklin <br /> Boulevard will be closed on Friday, and intersections on East 11th between Kincaid and Pearl <br /> will be blocked for brief periods while the rotomilling is going on. <br /> Beginning at 6 a.m. Monday, July 15, and continuing through the week, East 11th will be <br /> closed to westbound traffic while the street is paved and additional rotomilling work is done. No <br /> turns will be allowed from Franklin onto East 11th. Intersections will be closed temporarily until <br /> the fresh paving has had a chance to cool. Police officers will be on hand to direct traffic. <br /> Meanwhile, sanitary sewer repairs related to the $1 million City project continue on 10th <br /> Avenue. The intersection at High Street and 11th Avenue is scheduled to be reopened this <br /> evening, with a lane open for northbound through traffic on High Street.
