If you're attending the <br /> Celebration, ou can avoid traffic and parking problems by using alternate means of <br /> transportatio ,such as free bus service, and by staying clear of Pearl Street. <br /> , Pearl treet is under construction between Broadway and 17th Avenue. Traffic is limited <br /> to one lane b tween Eighth and 11th avenues, and the surface of Pearl is rough between 11th and <br /> 17th avenue The Celebration parade and run routes have been adjusted to minimize the use of <br /> Peazl Street: <br /> • 'Th parade, which ends on Pearl Street at 19th Avenue, will turn off Willamette at 17th <br /> Avenue rath r than 16th Avenue to avoid one block of Peazl. <br /> • Th Eugene Celebration Run will shift to High Street rather than Pearl between 10th <br /> I and 19th av ues. <br /> i <br /> Driv rs southbound on the Ferry Street Bridge may encounter extreme congestion azound <br /> I <br /> ~ the Eighth venue offramp and are advised to use other routes, such as Sixth Avenue if they're <br /> headed west or Patterson Street if they're southbound. <br /> (more) <br /> <br />
