The project area includes the intersections on Olive, Willamette, Oak, <br /> and Pearl s reets between Seventh and 10th avenues and on High Street between 11th and <br /> 18th avenu s. No significant traffic obstructions or delays are expected during construction. <br /> Mo t corners within the project area will have two sidewalk access ramps built to the <br /> standards f the federal Americans with Disabilities Act. The new concrete ramps will be <br /> sloped to ake it easier for people in wheelchairs to use designated street crossings and will <br /> be stampe with a pattern called a tactile warning device to alert people with visual <br /> impairmen s that they are leaving the sidewalk and entering a travel lane in the street. <br /> <br />
