Signs will be posted to <br /> warn drive s of lane changes. Motorists are advised there will likely be brief traffic delays <br /> during con truction. The work is expected to take one to two days to complete, and may <br /> include ni t work. If lane closures are in effect at night, the construction area will be <br /> lighted. <br /> Th lane closures are necessary for Wildish Construction Company to extend the <br /> sewer line installed last fail in Franklin Boulevard north to a newly constructed pump station <br /> <br /> i <br /> on the no h side of Franklin Boulevard. When all the connections are completed, the new <br /> sewer syst m will collect sewage from the Laurel Hill area in east Eugene and carry it to the <br /> east bank nterceptor on the other side of the river, bypassing the deteriorated Judkins Point <br /> pump stati n. The $2.3 million Glenwood sanitary sewer project is being funded through <br /> Eugene's apital improvement program. <br /> <br />
