Volker-Stevin bid a total of $3,288,000 <br /> to installs ers in two construction basins, and Aurora Engineering bid $1,585,224 to install <br /> sewers in a third basin. <br /> The City of Eugene is in the sixth year of a seven-year project to provide sanitary <br /> sewer servi a to approximately 8,100 developed properties in the River Road-Santa Clara <br /> area. Appr ximately 1,200 developed properties in Santa Clara are scheduled to receive <br /> sewer servi a this year, with assessments to follow in early 1996. For amedian-size, 9,200- <br /> square-foot Lot, the 1995 estimated cost for public sewers, including systems development <br /> charges, is pproximately $4,600. <br /> A d op-in information session for property owners in the 1995 construction areas will <br /> be held Th rsday, April 6, at Irving Elementary School, 3200 Hyacinth Street, from 3 to 7:30 <br /> p.m. A pu lic hearing on forming a local improvement district (LID) will be held April 13, <br /> and City C uncil action to form the LID is scheduled on May 8. <br /> <br />
