The lane is scheduled to be reopened by <br /> noon Thursd y. A left-turn lane will be maintained for northbound traffic turning west from <br /> Highway 99 nto Roosevelt Boulevard. <br /> The c ncrete work being done by the contractor is part of astate-funded project to <br /> widen and ' prove Highway 99 between Roosevelt Boulevard and Barger Drive. Work on <br /> the project b gan last summer and is scheduled to be completed later this year. <br /> Signs ill be posted warning motorists of the lane closure.
