The stockpile will be <br /> open to the public from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., seven days a week, through Sunday, January 9, <br /> 1994. <br /> The stockpile site is in the Alton Baker overflow parking lot on the east side of Day <br /> I, Island Road. This is the same site used last year, and signs will be posted to help people locate <br /> II <br /> the correct parking lot. The old site at the Amazon Pool has been closed. <br /> Residents may dump leaves on the stockpile if they do not want to wait for scheduled leaf <br /> pickups inl their area. On-street pickup of leaves begins October 25 and continues through <br /> January 7,!,1994. Debris other than leaves, such as branches, rocks, metal, and lawn clippings, <br /> can not bel' dumped on the stockpile. <br /> The city will deliver leaves to homes in the city limits and to locations just outside the <br /> city limits ~f there are enough leaves and the hauling distances aren't too great.
