The left <br /> and right lanes at West 11th and Chambers will allow traffic to turn or continue west, with the <br /> center lane reserved for through traffic. The left traffic lane on West 11th will terminate as a <br /> mandatory left turn at Garfield. <br /> i <br /> 'II In order to provide three through lanes, parking will be prohibited on the north side of <br /> West 11th between Fillmore and Garfield. Parking on the south side of West 11th will not be <br /> I <br /> li changed except for the elimination of several spaces just west of Chambers. <br /> I <br /> Drivers are encouraged to pay attention to the traffic changes. Signs will be posted at <br /> Grant and Hayes to alert motorists to the mandatory left turn at Garfield. Permitted traffic <br /> ~,I movements will be marked on the street and on overhead signs on West l lth at Chambers and <br /> Garfield. <br /> I <br /> <br />
