One lane of traffic in each direction will be <br /> kept open during testing, which will be done between 9 a.m, and 4 p.m. <br /> l The results of this week's testing will be combined with information gathered last August <br /> to determine the extent of repairs needed on Willamette Street. The city plans to repair and <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br /> ~ repave Willamette Street between 20th and 24th avenues next year. <br /> <br />
