Eastbound traffic (from <br /> <br /> ,W <br /> Eugene to Springfield) will be allowed to cross the overpass, but short <br /> delays ar~ likely. Motorists, pedestrians, and bicycle riders are advised to <br /> use altertlate routes if possible. <br /> The Hlarlow Road overpass is being widened and improved this summer. <br /> Thursday's closure will allow the contractor, to place barriers and traffic <br /> control devices so the bridge can reopen to two-way traffic for the next <br /> phase of construction.
