Eastbound traffic (from <br /> Eugene td Springfield) will be allowed to cross the overpass, but short <br /> delays a e likely. Motorists, pedestrians, and bicycle riders are advised to <br /> use alte pate routes if possible. <br /> The Harlow Road overpass is being widened and improved this summer. <br /> Thursday s closure will allow the contractor to place barriers and traffic <br /> control devices so the bridge can reopen to two-way traffic for the next <br /> phase of'co~nstruction. The work calls for periodic lane closures, which will <br /> <br /> be annou ced during the course of construction. <br /> <br />
