Eastbound traffic (from <br /> Eugene to Springfield) will be allowed to cross the overpass, but short <br /> delays are likely. Motorists, pedestrians, and bicycle riders are advised to <br /> use alternate routes if possible. <br /> The Harlow Road overpass is being widened and improved this summer. <br /> Monday's closure will allow the contractor to begin the next phase of <br /> construction. Two-way traffic is expected to resume on Tuesday. <br /> Intermittent traffic delays are likely throughout the construction period. <br /> Motorist al!,so are advised that temporary lane adjustments will be made on I-5 <br /> beginning i~ednesday, June 23. <br /> <br />
