Motorists <br /> are encour ged to use alternate routes to avoid the construction area if possible. <br /> The closure is necessary for Wildish Construction to install a sanitary sewer line in <br /> Franklin B ulevard. Wildish has been awarded a $2.3 million contract to replace the aged <br /> and deteriorated sanitary trunk sewer in Franklin Boulevard from Kincaid to Walnut and <br /> i <br /> repave the highway from Walnut to High Street.
