Motorists can avoid <br /> delays by sing Amazon Parkway and Harris Street. The closure may be extended to <br /> Thursday ~ orning, September I, if additional time is needed to complete the work. <br /> Th Eugene Public Works Department is installing a raised crosswalk and narrowing <br /> the roadw y to make it safer for pedestrians to cross Patterson Street.
