The pump <br /> i <br /> ' station will be connected to the force mains constructed across the Willamette River during <br /> the first ph e of the Glenwood sewer project. The new trunk system will collect sewage <br /> from the L urel Hill area in east Eugene and carry it to the east bank interceptor on the other <br /> side of the river, bypassing the deteriorated Judkins Point pump station. <br /> Th sewer line to be installed this fall will begin approximately 450 feet east of the <br /> intersectio of Franklin Boulevard and Glenwood Avenue and go west on Franklin <br /> approxima ely 1,000 feet before turning south into the area behind the Lane County Central <br /> Receiving tation. Traffic lanes will be closed while. the contractor is installing the sewer <br /> line and m king connections in Franklin Boulevard.
