Public hours at the project office, 820 Charnelton, will be from noon to 2 <br /> p.m., Tuesd ys through Fridays, beginning October 25 and running through November 4. <br /> ' Special app intments also can be arranged. <br /> City staff from the transportation and planning divisions will be on hand during those <br /> hours to an wer questions about the Ferry Street Bridge project that is on the November <br /> ballot. The also can provide information about the South Bank conceptual study adopted by <br /> the City Co ncil. <br /> Vot rs on November 8 will be asked to decide on a package of construction projects <br /> for the Fer Street Bridge corridor. The proposal includes expanding the bridge to six lanes <br /> for motoriz d vehicles and two lanes for pedestrians and bicycles, constructing a new bicycle- <br /> <br /> ; pedestrian ridge east of the existing Ferry Street Bridge, and modifying other roadways in <br /> the corrido .
