The new curb will be six feet further from the tree. <br /> Two catch asins also will be added to improve drainage in the area. <br /> The new curb won't require any permanent changes to the travel lanes on West 13th, <br /> although th north lane on West 13th will be closed during construction hours, 7:30 a.m. to <br /> 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The job is expected to be completed by July 15. <br /> The work is being done by the Eugene Department of Public Works as part of the <br /> <br /> City's ong ing street maintenance program. <br /> ~ <br /> i <br /> <br />
