Wednesday, July 20. The street will <br /> be reopen to eastbound traffic by 6 a. m. Thursday, July 21. A detour route Alder south <br /> to East 13 h Avenue, then east to Kincaid, north to East 11th, and east to Franklin will be <br /> posted. otorists are encouraged to use alternative routes to avoid the construction area if <br /> possible. <br /> Th closure is necessary for Wildish Construction to install a sanitary sewer line on <br /> the south ide of Franklin at Kincaid. Wildish has been awarded a contract to replace the <br /> i <br /> aged and eteriorated sanitary trunk sewer in Franklin Boulevard from Kincaid to Walnut and <br /> repave th highway from Walnut to High Street. <br /> To minimize inconvenience for motorists and businesses, most of the construction on <br /> Franklin oulevard will be done between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. Normally, at least one lane will <br /> i <br /> be kept o n in each direction during night construction, although motorists should expect <br /> delays an occasional detours. <br /> i <br /> <br />
