Collection will continue through Jan. 4, 1991. <br /> This is the last collection for the year. Since city crews cannot <br /> return fo leaves left in the street after the last scheduled pickup dates, <br /> city staf are urging property owners and residents to place leaves in the <br /> street th weekend before their scheduled collection date. <br /> Acco ing to Maintenance Director Bob Hammitt, "If property owners miss <br /> ~ this last scheduled date, they will be responsible for removing the leaves <br /> from the s reet." Property owners will be able to take leaves to the Amazon <br /> Pool parki g lot at East 26th Avenue and Hilyard Street until Jan. 4., <br /> Hammitt said. <br /> On De 4 to Dec. 7, crews will collect in the dowtown core area. <br /> The a tire North Eugene area, including the Silver Lane and Sterling <br /> Drive area are scheduled for pickup Dec. 10 through Dec. 14. <br /> Dec. 7 through Dec. 21, crews will collect in the Central and West <br /> <br /> E <br /> Eugene are s between the Willamette River and 18th Avenue from Garfield <br /> Street to gate Street and in the Bethel-Danebo area. <br /> <br /> r <br /> South ast Eugene, which includes the area east of Willamette Street and <br /> south of 1 th Avenue, will be picked up Dec. 24 through Dec. 28. <br /> <br />
