The <br /> reconstruc ion is scheduled to coincide with The Eugene Clinic's improvement <br /> to their p rking lot. The work on Olive is scheduled for completion by <br /> _ <br /> August 2. <br /> Eugen Sand will excavate and repave Olive Street, install curb and <br /> gutter and new driveway approaches, and upgrade storm sewer ]fines. Utility <br /> companies lan to make minor repairs to their lines and pipes during <br /> constructi n. To minimize disruption, final paving will occur on a weekend. <br /> In co junction with the city's work on Olive, The Eugene Clinic will be <br /> improving nd resurfacing its parking lot, resulting in 50 additional parking <br /> spaces in ront of the Clinic on the south side of the building. The <br /> redesign w'll also improve access for patients. <br /> Durin the reconstruction, Olive Street will be closed to all traffic. <br /> The exit d iveway from the Olive Plaza retirement center will be kept open <br /> for cente residents and emergency vehicles. On-street parking will be <br /> temporaril removed, and the left turn lane on the north side of Thirteenth <br /> Avenue will be closed. <br /> ~ more <br /> <br />
