Final paving is scheduled to be completed by Friday, September 7. <br /> ' rough traffic will be maintained as much as possible during the construction, however <br /> delays of up to thirty minutes may occur. Tom Larsen, from the Public Works Department, <br /> advises otorists to use alternative routes if possible. <br /> II four lanes of the Centennial Boulevard project area will be open during the weekend. <br /> hase one includes the road resurtacing, removal of a pump station at the intersection of <br /> <br /> j Centenni I Boulevard and Club Road, installation of gravity sanitary sewer lines, curb and gutter <br /> instaflati n, and sidewalks along the north side of Centennial Boulevard. <br /> his final layer of asphalt is the last significant step in the first phase of a two-year project <br /> to impro a Centennial Boulevard. The project began last July and phase two will continue next <br /> summer ith similar improvements on Centennial Boulevard from Autzen Stadium to Interstate-5. <br /> ' Both ph ses of this project are paid through the city's street preservation fund. <br /> <br />
