The signal will be <br /> turned of between 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. While the signals are off, <br /> flaggers ill be on hand to direct traffic. <br /> This is the first of two phases to install a new type of traffic signal <br /> at this i tersection. During the second phase, which will occur in about two <br /> weeks, a rotected/permissive left turn signal will be turned on.
