The session will be held <br /> at the Pe ersen Barn Community Center, 870 Berntzen Road. An informal <br /> drop-in s scion will run between 5 and 7 p.m., with a formal presentation <br /> beginning at 7 p.m. Staff will be available during the drop-in session and <br /> after the presentation to talk with interested property owners or residents. <br /> The ity is proposing to bring Marshall Street to full city standards, <br /> which inc udes widening and paving Marshall to 36 feet; installing curb, <br /> gutter, a d sidewalks; and installing storm drains. <br /> Mars all Street is classified as a residential collector, which means <br /> the stree provides service to more than just abutting property owners and <br /> residents The improvements will help repair the deteriorating roadway, <br /> upgrade t e street so it can better carry the increasing traffic loads, and <br /> protect p destrians and bicyclists.
